Examples of Applicable Work
Dust types and work descriptions
- Work with risk of Dioxin exposure:
Level 1 tasks utilizing asbestos removal masks classified under “Category 3” or “Category 4” for asbestos abatement. - Indium compound manufacturing and handling:
Tasks where indium compound concentrations are below 3 µg/m³. - Metal-related operations:
Tasks generating metal fumes (including welding fumes) in areas where metal fumes are present. - Work generating dust from substances with concentrations below 0.1 mg/m³:
Tasks in areas where dust is generated from substances at concentrations lower than 0.1 mg/m³.
※1: When removing Level 1 plasterboards using cutting methods, powered air-purifying respirators (PAPR) must be used.
※2: Welding operations requiring a protection factor below 10.
Replace Filter with a Chemical Cartridge for Gas Mask Usage
Painting, washing, and degreasing operations, as well as solvent handling tasks.
By exchanging the filter for an absorbent cartridge, it can be used as a G-7 Gas Mask.
National Model Assay Certificate No. TN382.

Respirator Features
For the 1180H model equipped with the Fit Checker, simply pull the lever to perform an immediate Fit Check.
Pull up the Fit Checker and instantly test for leaks!
Even with a high-efficiency filter, wearing the mask incorrectly negates its protective value. With the integrated Fit Checker model, a simple lever operation is all it takes to perform a user seal check, making fit verification fast and easy.

Facepiece contact area designed for optimal fit
Skin-friendly silicone material
The silicone facepiece reduces skin irritation and is less likely to cause dryness. This material remains highly flexible, accommodating facial movements to provide a stable and comfortable fit.
Freeposition Underchin
A specialized design providing an optimal facial contact shape.
By adjusting the nose section first and then securing the chin area, the mask accommodates varying face sizes, preventing leaks in vulnerable areas such as the bridge of the nose.
