This device cuts continuous pouches (small bags) to a fixed length one by one and dispenses the absorbed pouches at high speed and without leakage into designated positions on a conveyor line. It can be used for various types of pouches, including powders, desiccants, oxygen absorbers, and liquids.

Features
- Input capacity: 200 units/minute
- By employing an AC servo motor drive, the pouch is quietly and precisely inserted into its designated position at the right time.
- Because the pouch is cut at the same time as it is adsorbed, it is always inserted in the same position.
- Ideal for perpendicular loading onto packaging machine conveyors and for adhesive loading.
- When combined with a hot melt adhesive dispenser or the TM-200 (double-sided tape application device), it can be accurately applied to packaging films and other materials.
