CS Rebar Joint is:

Mechanical joint for rebars by connecting them with a relay bolt.
Applicable for rebar diamiters of D13 to D51.
Compression of the sleeve is even available to the construction site.

Features

  • Reliable joint strength ensures durability and stability.
  • For convenience, quick tightening with a torque wrench is possible.
  • To get started, only a one-day training session is required for qualification.
  • Additionally, a portable crimping device is available for ease of use.
  • The system allows for joining up to 2-size differences in diameters, enhancing versatility.
  • It’s also capable of joining up to 1 rank difference in material, providing flexibility in application.

Rebar cut length

Calculation examples (using Type I, D25)
Regarding case ①, when measuring 40d from the rebar insertion side of the sleeve: the rebar length is calculated as 40d + RL = 40 × 25 + 83 = 1,083mm.
Conversely, in case ②, when measuring 40d from the joint side of the sleeve: the rebar length changes to 40d KL = 40 × 25 – 46 = 954mm.
