– This is a basic unit which provides water supply and gravimetric measurement services for use in conjunction with other accessories for specific experiments
– The benchtop is flat with a raises edge to hold spilled water and has a water outlet connection, water discharge tube as well as 4 drain holes
– A measuring tank hangs on a cantilever beam on knife edges
– An adjustable tare weight and known weights are provided
– When the water in the measuring tank exceeds the set weight, the beam will tilt
– Weight is then removed and the tank is automatically drained to the main storage tank
– The benchtop and storage tank are made from fiberglass
– The bench discharge has a quick coupling female for connection to tese apparatus
– The unit is locable wheels
