• In case of small powder, Dune Flow conveying system is very suitable method for high flushable powder in easy to include air and fluidization, because this system is used the fluidization by flushing.
• The actual conveying system is designed in the same gas velocity range, without distinguishing coarse (large) powder and small powder.
• Accordingly, both types are called Dune Flow, without theoretically distinguishing.
• This system is high conveying efficiency like Plug Flow and also the conveying material crushing and piping abrasion can be very decreased against Floating Flow.
• The proper gas velocity that can be forming Dune Flow is depend on conveying pipe diameter, particle size, bulk density, and gas density (pressure) etc., and the range of gas velocity is designed almost 4～16 m/s.
