Magnetic Filter for Viscous Liquids

<Applications>

  • Install the filter in piping used during chemical-related manufacturing processes, such as those handling paste-like viscous foods and viscous cosmetic liquids, to separate and capture fine magnetic iron particles.

  • Features a high-quality sanitary finish.
  • In addition, it can operate under high-pressure and high-viscosity conditions.
  • Furthermore, the permanent magnet design requires no power supply and maintains its magnetic force semi-permanently.
  • Moreover, the F type prevents liquid from accumulating at the bottom, allowing more hygienic operation.

  • SUS316L units are also available. Please specify this material when ordering.
  • Ferrule connections are standard. However, threaded and flanged connections are also available upon request.
