Mini Balance Board

• This compact balance board allows you to position lifting magnets while avoiding holes, projections, and other obstacles on workpieces where the lifting magnet cannot be placed at the center of gravity.
• In addition, it is ideal for workpieces whose shape prevents the lifting magnet from being positioned at the center of gravity or where sufficient magnetic contact area cannot be secured.

Application Example 1

When the center of the workpiece (center of gravity) has holes, grooves, or other recessed/raised features that prevent installation of a lifting magnet, the balance board allows you to avoid these areas, maintain proper balance, and lift the workpiece with lifting magnets.

Suitable for:

• Transporting workpieces with a flange-shaped upper surface and a hollow center.
• Transporting mold components and similar workpieces with grooves or holes machined around the center of gravity.

Application Example 2

When the center of the workpiece (center of gravity) has a boss or other protruding component that prevents installation of a lifting magnet, the balance board allows you to avoid the projection, maintain proper balance, and lift the workpiece with lifting magnets.

Suitable for:

• Transporting workpieces with a boss at the center of gravity.
• Transporting machined parts or finished products with protruding features or attached components around the center-of-gravity area.
