No. 6563 is a Kapton® (polyimide) film, which has superior heat and chemical resistance properties, coated with a thin layer of a heat resistant silicone adhesive.
This type offers mid-level adhesiveness.
Easily removable, this tape is optimal for electronic component dicing and masking electrostatic and soldered plating.
