What is EcoBlue?

EcoBlue balances foam fire extinguishing system performance with strict environmental compliance. Inspectors use EcoBlue as a substitute agent to check the mixer’s soundness. This inspection ensures crucial system performance. Because EcoBlue has zero environmental impact, users can safely discharge it immediately after inspection. Conversely, facilities must dispose of actual fire extinguishing agents as industrial waste.
A third-party organization recognized EcoBlue’s performance, ensuring user confidence. Oil depots, airports, and parking lots already use this product. Specifically, the Japan Hazardous Materials Safety Technology Association evaluated EcoBlue’s performance. This evaluation covers periodic integrated inspections for hazardous material fixed foam systems. The approved method uses EcoBlue as a simulated liquid inside the mixing device. The association issued evaluation number 0053 on April 24, 2009.
