Features
1. Performs high-precision, high-efficiency machining.
Compact and highly rigid drum-shaped turret heads, which have a proven track record, are arranged in opposition, and a jig station mounted on a cross slide is located in the center. The positioning of this cross slide is performed by a servo motor.
Machine A: 3-index turret heads are placed opposite each other.
The jig station mounted on the cross slide is placed in the center.
Machine B: The
2-index turret head and boring head are placed on the right side. The 2-index turret head and boring head are placed on the left side. These
are mounted on cross slides driven by servo motors.

2. Workpiece conveyance equipment improves work efficiency.
It has a loading/unloading table, a discrimination station, a pallet transport device, and a pallet transfer device, and all work except clamping and unclamping of workpieces to pallets is done automatically, so even heavy workpieces (approximately 80 kg) can be handled. Regardless, we were able to improve work efficiency. Easily supports the production of 6 types of workpieces by simply replacing the pallet shim plate.
3. The cutting oil device and splash guard are designed to ensure stable machining conditions and the working environment.
