Our panel transfer system optimally handles various types of panels and press machines.
We produce systems for tandem press lines of all sizes: large, medium, and small.
To enhance the speed of large tandem press lines, we developed the Hexa feeder, which operates at a maximum speed of 18 min-1.
Utilizing 6-axis robots, our system ensures flexible and stable high-speed panel transfer, featuring parallel transfer tools like rotating hands and double sliders for maximum efficiency.
Features
Hexa feeder
Hexa feeder performs various motions, including feeding, lifting, separating, and tilting, operating stably at a maximum speed of 18 min-1. We offer multiple types of hexa feeders to suit different purposes, including a long reach type with a maximum length of 5300mm between press machines and the “λ-arm hexa unloader” for 90-degree rotation and offset functions.
Rotate hand
By equiping rotate hand with the 6 axis robot, the panel transfer system can address to parallel transfer between presses and 90 degree pivot transfer. It can stably operate at a maximum speed of 12 min-1.
Examples
Hexa feeder for 23000kN high speed all servo press line
By adopting servo press for all press machines in line and hexa feeder for transfer device, the line can stably operate and address to both high speed transfer and moldability.
Double slider for 23000kN general hybrid servo press line
By consisting of servo press for all process and double slider for transfer device, this press line can address to a veriety of transfering motions and has an excellent moldability and productivity.
