We developed Hexa feeder to make it faster to operate the large size of tandem press line. Hexa feeder can operate at the maximum speed of 18 min-1.
In addition, panel transfer system using 6 axis robots can flexibly and stably transfer panels at high speed with parallel transfer tools such as rotate hands and double sliders.

Hexa feeder
Hexa feeder has various type motions such as feeding, lifting, separating and tilting and stably operates at the maximum speed of 18 min-1. We can offer you various types of hexa feeders according to the purpose, including a long reach type with a maximum length of 5300mm between press machines and “λ-arm hexa unloader” which is for 90 degree rotate and off set function.
Rotate hand
By equiping rotate hand with the 6 axis robot, the panel transfer system can address to parallel transfer between presses and 90 degree pivot transfer. It can stably operate at a maximum speed of 12 min-1.
