High-precision proportional control of air and gas can be easily achieved with an open loop, saving space and reducing costs for proportional control lines!

Two flat springs (navy blue) lift and move the core (gray), resulting in smooth, friction-free operation and a long life.

Compact cartridge types are also available.

• Open loop with hysteresis of 3% or less, high accuracy with repeatability and sensitivity of 1% or less
• Supports vacuum control at 10 ^{-8 Pa level (optional)}
• Compact and long life.
• There are also types that can ensure pressure and flow rate with low power consumption
