Self-sealing mechanism for tight shutoff
The design adopts a new mechanism that tightly attaches the valve body and seat to each other through the applied fluid pressure. As the fluid pressure increases, it further improves the sealing performance, which in turn enhances reliability.Furthermore, the structure securely attaches the fluid and seat, regardless of the direction from which the pressure is applied. In addition, the double eccentric mechanism provides two key advantages.
Double eccentric mechanism for long life and low torque
The design maintains a non-contact state between the valve disc and seat until just before fully closing by incorporating eccentricity at points A and B. As a result, this double eccentric mechanism provides two key advantages.
1. Double eccentric valve body structure
Since there is little friction between the body seat and the valve disc, the seat has a longer life and can be operated with minimal torque.
2. Replacing the seat is extremely easy
You can easily remove the sheet by taking out the set pin on the set ring attached to the main body, which makes it convenient to replace the sheet on-site.
Three seats for wide range
We offer three types of sheets: synthetic rubber sheets, Teflon R sheets, and metal sheets. They can handle a wide range of fluids and control conditions, from slurry sludge and chemicals to high-pressure steam.
1. Synthetic rubber sheet
General-purpose butterfly valves are suitable for controllable high-temperature fluids up to 150°C and abrasive sandy mixed fluids.
2. Teflon sheet
You can also use it with highly corrosive chemicals and high-temperature fluids up to 232°C, making it versatile for various applications.
3. Metal sheet
You can use it for high-temperature fluids that rubber or Teflon® cannot control, and it also serves as a replacement for gate valves, globe valves, and ball valves. Additionally, its versatility makes it suitable for a wide range of applications.
