1.Control of Drying Unevenness in the Airflow
By sending abundant warm air horizontally from top to bottom across a wide area, we have thoroughly suppressed the traditional top-to-bottom drying unevenness.
There is no longer any need to switch the position of the shelves (Ebira) from top to bottom, which was previously a hassle.

2.No Need to Choose Trolleys
The trolley used for cold air drying can be used directly, allowing for easy switching between cold air and warm air drying systems for round drying.

3.Energy-Saving and Low-Noise Type
High heat exchange and high-insulation panels help reduce kerosene consumption.
Furthermore, by using a sirocco fan, we have also considered noise issues for your neighbors.

Futon Dryer

Quick Drying and Large-Scale Finishing of Futons.
The FK Series Responds to the Needs of Linen Industry Professionals.

It can dry in just 1 hour at a 80°C setting.
Additionally, with the use of insulated panels, it is highly economical. The futon’s cotton won’t shift or lose its shape.
Not only futons but also mattresses, carpets, cushions, pillows, and clothing (including lab coats) can be dried.

The photo shows a 1-tatami unit.
Special cart for hanging futons (made of stainless steel).

Temperature Recorder (Optional)
