PLA-2N Stage2 has the function of detecting the press load with two(2) pieces of strain gauge sensors. Moreover, it displays accurate load during press processing and stops the press immediately upon detecting abnormalities. Monitoring eccentric loads ensures die longevity, prevents press wear, and enhances quality control and efficiency.
Features
- Easy to know the balance of loads applied to the left and right sides of the press. And to know improper balance, load center, etc., it facilitates die maintenance and quality control.
- As an overload protector, it prevents die damage by detecting double hits, misfeeds, material thickness changes, and estimates die regrinding intervals.
- By knowing the suitable load for products, the selection of the press is facilitated.
- The detector allows simultaneous absolute value and previous value comparisons.
- The digital LED display is clear, with a bar showing left and right loads as percentages.
