Intrinsically Safe Auto Teelephone

This telephone system includes telephones and a safety-maintaining unit.

The system connects to marine telephone lines, PABX, or analog telecom networks via a Buffer Unit, ensuring compatibility in explosive hazardous areas.

Its secure design allows long-term use in dangerous environments like ships or factories with explosive gases. The explosion-proof construction meets the ia standard and IEC specifications, withstanding up to two accidents.

The system complies with Ex ia IIBT4 class requirements for explosion-proof and inflammable protection and holds IECEx certification.

Marine Common Battery Telephone (Direct)

1 : 1 Communication System

This system is used for the limited communicating purposes between two units. Automatic connection is made when one handset is picked up, and causing the second unit to ring.

1 : 2, 1 : 3 Communication System

Two or three extensions can be connected to a main telephone set. The extension set can be contacted bypressing the push button at the main telephone set. The main set can be contacted by simply lifting the extension handset.

Marine Common Battery Telephone (Multi-link)

This equipment allows up to 12 telephone extension sets.
Users can contact these extension sets by turning the rotary switch and pressing the push button on the unit. If one extension set is busy, the remaining five sets still allow contact simultaneously. Additionally, the system offers special functions: with two common battery telephone sets (or multi-link type) connected in parallel, both telephone sets receive calls from an outside telephone set at the same time.

Multi-link Telephones

Marine Battery less Telephone

These telephones do not require a source of electric power for calling and communication. Rotating handle will generate electric
power to ring the other station. And the accumulated power is used to amplify acoustic sounds to make conversation loud and clear. They are roughly classified into two systems; Direct Telephone and Selective Telephone. The latter allows maximum 12/24 telephones to configure (one conversation link). And they are possible to connect to Intrinsically Safe Types, shown inthe right page. Each telephone has relay inside terminal so that optional devices such as bells can be equipped.

Marine Intrinsically safe Construction battery less telephone

These telephones feature an Intrinsically Safe Construction, making them suitable for use in hazardous areas. Users can connect them to telephones in safety areas, as shown on the left page. An IS Barrier ensures a safe connection between the two areas by serving as an intermediate device. The system operates in two configurations: Direct Telephone and Selective Telephone (12/24 stations). Since these telephones lack built-in reception indicators, additional devices like air horns, whistles, or beacons should be installed. The system complies with IECEx standards.
