For conventional rail clampers, the recommended range of rail side wear was 2mm.
The long stroke type is designed to maintain the specified clamping force even if the rail side wears up to 12mm (when the shoe is new).
If the rail is in the condition shown in the figure below, please repair or replace the rail so that it can be clamped.
Features
The internal unit follows the up/down and left/right undulations in the straight line direction of the rail.
It is easy to install because it is integrated with the hydraulic unit. (The hydraulic unit can also be installed separately as an option.)
Compatible with all standard rails.
Gripping force (clamping force): Maximum 1,176kN (120t) is possible.
Reliable inspection system
Before shipping, the rail clamper is inspected for runaway holding power using a holding power measuring tester.
The rail of the test device is gripped by the rail clamper, a load is applied to the rail, and it is confirmed that the rail does not move.
