Use
Water, hot water, coolant, etc. are injected at high pressure and used for cleaning and as a high-pressure coolant pump.

Features of Industrial High-Pressure Pumps
1. Seal Mechanism (No Lubrication, No Leakage)
A two-stage seal prevents water from leaking externally. The oil-free design ensures clean operation.
2. Ceramic Plunger (Replaceable)
Scratch-resistant and low-wear ceramic plungers extend seal life. Secure sealing and locking ensure precise alignment.
3. Seal (Durable & Easy to Replace)
High-grade synthetic packings (T, N, B) resist high pressure. The backup system maintains sealing efficiency.
4. Direct Drive (Easy Setup)
AD and D models connect directly to engines or motors. They support high-speed use or pulley reduction setups.
Specialized Pumps
Ultrapure Water Pumps: SUS material throughout with special seals.
Stainless High-Pressure Pumps: All parts in contact with liquid are SUS.
Seal Options: NBR standard; fluoro rubber, PTFE, and high-molecular PE available.
Caution:
Fill the crank chamber with oil before use. Use SAE 10W-30 or ISO VG100–150 oil. Do not use hydraulic fluid.
Power Calculation
Determine required motor power based on pump pressure and water volume using the standard formula.
