The thermocouple input signal is converted into various types of DC signals and outputted. It is an insulated output thermocouple temperature converter
Accessories: Temperature compensator (temperature sensing element)
It actively converts thermocouple input signals into two electrically isolated DC output signals.
Standard features include reference junction temperature compensation, linearized output, and burnout function.

Model: CP3001
Features
Specification
The device accepts thermocouple types T, E, J, K, N, R, S, B and provides conversion with ±(0.1% FS + 0.3°C + linearizer accuracy) at 25±5°C. Linearizer accuracy is typically 0.1% FS and may vary with measurement span. A 10°C ambient change affects span by ±0.2% or less. Refer to the code table for measurement range and output specifications.
It outputs DC voltage (≤2mA load) or DC current (≤300Ω load). Reference junction temperature compensation uses the included sensor on the dedicated base. Input resistance is ≥1MΩ (10kΩ during power outage), and external resistance tolerance is ≤1kΩ. Response speed is ~0.05s (0–63%). Burnout can switch up-scale/down-scale via the side selector. Zero input and span are adjustable ±2% FS via front controls.
Power supply is 24V DC ±10%, consuming ≤50mA. It operates at 0–55°C and 5–90% RH (no condensation), with storage at -10–60°C. Insulation resistance is ≥500V DC, 100MΩ, and dielectric strength is 1500V AC (input to output/power) and 500V AC (between outputs/power) for 1 minute. The case is ABS resin. Mount and wire to the dedicated base (CP3100 or CP3200). Dimensions: H48×W17.5×D65 mm; weight ≤70g.
