The valve width measures 10 mm (0.394 in.), while the length measures 56.7 mm (2.232 in.) for the EA series and 53 mm (2.087 in.) for the EB series. Because of this slim profile, the valve fits efficiently into tight layouts and supports optimized equipment design.
Furthermore, the valve ensures efficient flow performance. With a sonic conductance of C = 0.26 dm³/(s·bar) and an effective area of 1.3 mm² (Cv: 0.07), it operates reliably in pilot-operated systems and performs well with cylinder bores up to φ25 (0.984 in.). Consequently, users gain stable and consistent output even in demanding setups.
Additionally, the valve provides fast response times that improve cycle accuracy. When turned on, it reacts in 6 ms or less, and when turned off, it responds in 7 ms or less, especially in quick-response single-solenoid models. This rapid switching helps enhance system efficiency and reduces production delays.
Moreover, the valve supports lower power consumption, using 0.55 W in standard types and only 0.15 W in low-current versions. This reduction in energy use contributes to more sustainable and cost-efficient operation.
