Compatible with a Wide Range of Application Environments
This system features an environmental protection rating of IP65, making it resistant to dust and water jets. Additionally, this option is available for upgrade. It operates at a maximum pressure of 1MPa (10.2kgf/cm², 145psi) air, offering reliable performance under varying conditions. To enhance durability, the system uses stainless steel screws that resist corrosion. Furthermore, nickel-plated screws are available for specific applications, such as in the terminal block.
Improved Safety and Reliability
The non-neutral construction design ensures smooth, stable operation when switching the valve position. In addition, the manual override is conveniently located under a protective cover to prevent accidental activation.
Wide Range of Wiring Types and Options
The PB series plug-in type offers diverse wiring options, including D-sub connectors and terminal box wiring. This flexibility allows compatibility with serial transmission systems from various companies, suiting a wide range of customer applications.
Safe Block
When used alongside a 3-position exhaust center valve on the same manifold, the safe block ensures that cylinders stop safely. It maintains their position even when there are air leaks from the spool or valve body.
Individual Air Supply and Exhaust Spacer
The individual air supply and exhaust spacer separates valves on the manifold. It then performs air supply and exhaust separately for each valve, optimizing system efficiency and providing customization.
