SAKAI TYPE FACE SHIELD

INTENDED USE:  Used to protect the face from flying objects, powder splashes (dust), or chemical/solvent splashes.

HELMET ATTACHMENT ACCESSORIES

Universal Bracket
Face shields for helmets are fixed to the helmet using this universal bracket. (Except for the slider type).

※ Important Note: Compatible helmets are those with a narrow brim (visor), such as the MP style. This product cannot be used with wide-brimmed helmets.

POLYCARBONATE SHIELD

Technical Specifications:

• More elastic compared to Acrylic shields.
• Superior impact resistance (shock resistance).

Usage: Primarily used to protect the face from flying objects (projectiles).

SAKAI TYPE FACE SHIELD – TYPE 31

Material: Acrylic.
Description: This is the standard type face shield using an Acrylic shield.
Specifications:

• Dimensions: Approx. Width 195mm × Height 205mm.
• Weight: Approx. 170g.

CAUTION

• Face shields do not guarantee face protection in all circumstances. If flying objects are too large or moving at speeds exceeding the shield’s impact resistance, the device may not provide adequate protection.
• For the Slider Type: Since it is installed inside the helmet, it may affect the helmet’s original protective features. Therefore, do not use this product in work areas where wearing a safety helmet is legally mandatory. Please use the helmet with this device installed only as a non-standard product (not subject to national certification).

WARNING

For Models 31L Green and 37 Green:

• Never look directly at strong light sources such as light generated during welding. Doing so will cause eye damage.
• The product is also not effective against Lasers, so please do not use it in environments with Laser beams.
