| FCY20A / FCY40A | ZrO₂-(Y₂O₃) + Al₂O₃ | Alumina added to FCY0M to enhance strength based on thermal expansion differences, dispersion strengthening, etc. Balanced hardness, suitable for general use. Chemically stable against acids and alkalis. Mainly used near room temperature. |
| FCZ10 | ZrO₂-(MgO) | Partially stabilized zirconia with magnesia. Excellent toughness. Low thermal conductivity makes it suitable as an insulating material. High-temperature properties up to about 800°C. |
| FCS07 | Si₃N₄ | Excellent heat resistance, thermal shock resistance, and wear resistance. |
| FCS60 | Si₃N₄ | Excellent heat resistance, thermal shock resistance, and lubricity. |
