When air is injected, numerous lugs (claws) extend from inside the shaft, allowing it to clamp the core.
This air shaft features special dustproofing measures and lugs made of smooth resin, resulting in a low-dust-generating shaft.

Features

• It can be used in Class 1000 (*1) cleanrooms.
• All AIREX standard type air shafts (*2) are compatible.
• We expanded and contracted the rag in a Class 1000 cleanroom and confirmed that the amount of dust generated with a particle size of 0.5 μm or larger was 100 particles/ft³ or less ^.
