This is a rubber cord type wrinkle removal roll with an outer diameter of φ50 mm and a roll surface length of 700 mm or less.
It can remove wrinkles from plastic films and other materials.
As the roll rotates, numerous rubber cords repeatedly stretch and contract. When a web is wrapped around it, the stretching action of the rubber expands the web, thereby removing wrinkles from the web.

Features
This is a non-curved, straight, elastic-cord type wrinkle-removing roll. It removes wrinkles without adding harmful distortion to the web.
- Scope of application
This is ideal for removing wrinkles from films used in shrink wrapping machines, pillow wrapping machines, etc.
It’s a wrinkle removal roll for line speeds of 50 m/min or less and tensions of 100 N or less.
It’s manufactured with a roll outer diameter of φ50 and a maximum roll face length of 700 mm. - Mounting direction
The sheet’s pass line can be adjusted in any direction, from horizontal to vertical.
The sheet winding angle onto the roll is generally used within the range of 30 to 90 degrees. - Further improvement in lifespan
The design minimizes wear on the rotating/sliding components, thus improving the overall lifespan of the roll.
