This is a rubber tube type wrinkle removal roll with an outer diameter of φ120 mm and a roll surface length of 2040 mm or less.
It can remove wrinkles from nonwoven fabrics, plastic films, paper, glass fibers, metal foils, etc.
The rubber tube covering the outer surface of the roll expands and contracts as the roll rotates due to its special internal structure. When a web is wrapped around it, the stretching action of the rubber tube spreads the web out, thereby removing wrinkles from the web.

Features

This is a non-curved, straight, rubber tube-type wrinkle removal roll. It removes wrinkles without adding harmful distortion to the web.

Scope of application
These are wrinkle-removing rolls with a tension of 800N or less.
They are manufactured with an outer diameter of φ120 mm and a roll face length ranging from 240 to 2040 mm.
However, due to the structure, the roll face length will vary in 40 mm increments.
Deployment amount
The expansion amount is determined by the angle and number of ring-shaped rotating bodies.
Note that the expansion amount cannot be adjusted.
Maximum expansion amount: 2.5 mm
Mounting direction
The sheet’s pass line can be adjusted in any direction, from horizontal to vertical.
The sheet winding angle onto the roll is generally used within the range of 30 to 90 degrees.
Wide range of application films
It is effective in removing wrinkles from a wide range of web materials, from ultra-thin (a few microns) flexible films to rigid metal sheets such as Cu and Al.
Support for high-speed lines
Compared to rubber cord type (FE) de-wrinkle rolls, this rubber tube type (MRV) de-wrinkle roll is designed to handle higher speed lines.
Maximum sheeting speed: 400m/min
Pulley for synchronous rotation
Due to its structure, there is rotational resistance. When used with low tension, attach a pulley to the roll and rotate it so that the line speed and the roll’s outer circumference speed are synchronized.
