Control type
The control type is a motor-driven diaphragm type metering pump with a built-in inverter.
External input signals synchronize the system to deliver precise, single-stroke metering, replicating the responsive control interface of a solenoid-driven pump.
Additionally, a new three-speed stroke velocity controller allows process technicians to tailor discharge dynamics across a wide spectrum of chemical injection profiles.
Basic type
Standard model driven by a general-purpose motor.
Can be changed to standard / cheap / pressure-resistant explosion-proof / inverter motor drive type. (There are no sigma control type functions)
Not only domestic specifications but also overseas specifications (IEC standard, NEMA standard) can be supported.

Wetted Parts (All Models)
Materials: PVDF or SUS316L heads for high chemical resistance.
Safety: Multi-layer diaphragm with standard leak/damage detection.
Viscosity: Handles up to 200 mPa·s standard; up to 500 mPa·s with optional Hastelloy C valve springs.
Connections: Supports standard insert, flange, and hose nozzle connections.
Control Modes (Control Type Only)
Pulse: Standard (1:1), division (1:N), or multiplication (N:1) modes ($N = 0.01\text{–}99.9$) for proportional injection with pulse flow meters.
Batch: Injects a pre-set stroke count via local button or external signal, then auto-stops.
Analog: Proportional speed control via 0/4–20mA DC, including direct pH meter signal control.
3-Step Stroke Speed Modes (Control Type Only)
Normal: Standard sine wave (uniform suction/discharge).
Suction Low-Pulsation: Slows suction stroke for stable intake of high-viscosity fluids.
Discharge Low-Pulsation: Slows discharge stroke to minimize line pulsation.

＜Flow monitor (optional)＞
By installing an optional flow monitor separately, the discharge status for each stroke can be monitored.
＜External output relay (optional)＞
It is possible to output an alarm signal and a paging signal for each stroke.
Discharge amount can be output with 0 / 4-20mA DC.
＜Click wheel type operation panel＞
With standard 0.5m cable. A cable length of 2, 5 or 10 m can be selected as a normal option.
