By adopting a thermo-drive system (heating tank + evaporator) and a reboiler circulation system (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-325401), high stability and rapid follow-up with extremely low overshoot and hunting are achieved. .
High purity
High separation performance by original gas-liquid separation mechanism. By adopting the falling liquid film method, the start-up time is short and the generation of mist is suppressed.
Tripolar compatible
Conforms to the three standards (J-GMP, CGMP, EU-GMP) (However, EN compliance is an option). Measures to be taken when stopping: 0.22 μm vent filter for system negative pressure is standard equipment.
