• If the pressure (intermediate pressure) between the switching regulator and the supply pressure regulator exceeds 1.0MPa, a semi-automatic switching device is considered as high-pressure gas manufacturing facility.
• Usually, with a supply pressure of 0.5MPa or higher, the intermediate pressure exceeds 1.0MPa. However, SC-930 SSY achieves a switching pressure setting that does not exceed 1.0MPa through the optimization of internal components!
• By adopting SC-930 SSY, it becomes easy to provide gas at 0.5-0.7MPa, eliminating the need for procedures required for conventional high-pressure gas manufacturing facilities!
