This is a motor type proportional control piston valve that does not require an air pressure source. Since no air pressure source is required, a compact layout is possible.

Can be used in vacuum conditions up to 10 -2 Bar

LED lamp indicates valve open/close status
Open/close signals can also be sent to a PLC
