This product was developed mainly for the purpose of testing for iodine deficiency, but it can be used as a sealing cassette to prevent cross-contamination in the thermal decomposition reaction that occurs during protein hydrolysis using a small volume of sample.

Features

• This product is a microplate sealing device that can withstand increased pressure and high pressure due to vaporization of aqueous solutions in individual wells of a 96-well microplate during heating.
• Prevents contamination during thermal decomposition reactions such as protein hydrolysis.
• Silicone rubber with FEP sheet* adhered to the surface is used for the sealing surface, so adsorption of the sample is minimized. Set the microplate at the prescribed position according to the guide, and turn the slide shaft lever and tightening knob. It can be easily sealed by just
