Avio F50 Series Infrared Thermal Imaging Camera

Manufacturer: Nippon Avionics Co., Ltd.
Model: F50 Series
Various Angles and Various Measurement Styles
The removable camera head and controller help you measure safely and stably at any angle, and they allow you to reach even difficult locations, so you can maintain better posture while also improving accuracy and convenience.
Removable Style

“Rotation Style” Camera-head can be tilted and can be mounted on the both joint of controller.

“Separation Style” Removed camera-head from controller. Camera-head can be freely operated.
Features of F50 Series
Auto Point Function – Efficiently Set the Temperature Scale
The temperature scale setting often challenges beginners. The new “Auto Point” function helps beginners adjust the temperature scale easily, and it lets them set the upper and lower limits with a simple touch, so they can work faster while also improving accuracy..This simplifies the process and ensures an optimal temperature setting. Additionally, the “Auto-Maximum” function lets you adjust the upper limit temperature automatically, responding to temperature changes in the environment.
Sky Off Function – Optimally Use Auto-Scale Outdoors (Patent Pending)
The “Sky Off” function enhances the “Auto-Scale” feature, and it lets you ignore temperature values above or below a set threshold, so you can focus on relevant data while also improving accuracy and clarity. For example, setting the threshold to “Ignore 5°C or less” removes the temperature influence of the sky or clouds. This prevents inaccurate measurements caused by the sky’s temperature, a common issue when measuring outdoors. The Sky Off function directly addresses this challenge.
Burst Shooting Function – Capture Quickly in Unstable Conditions
The “Burst Shooting” function lets you take rapid shots, and it helps you keep shooting even when your angle or posture becomes unstable, so you can capture key moments while also improving efficiency. After capturing multiple images at up to 7.5Hz, you can select the best shot at your convenience. The system saves these images to the SD card for up to 10 seconds. Both the “Online Model” and “Standard Model” support this feature.
Image Rotation Function – Rotate the Screen Every 90° for Accurate Measurements
The “Image Rotation” function lets you rotate the screen image every 90°, and it ensures the correct orientation for accurate temperature measurement, so you can read results clearly. It also helps you maneuver around pipes or narrow spaces more easily, and it allows you to maintain a stable posture while viewing the rotated image, so you can work more efficiently.
Composite Visible Image Function – Adjust Thermal and Visible Image Transparency
You can use the “Composite Visible Image” function to fine-tune the transparency of thermal and visible images with a slide gauge. Additionally, you can freely trim the thermal image for Picture-in-Picture viewing, improving image clarity and overall visual analysis.
Alarm Function – Get Alerts for Temperature Thresholds
The “Alarm Function” instantly notifies you with both voice and visual cues when the temperature exceeds or drops below predefined thresholds. The “Color Alarm Function” further highlights specific temperature areas, allowing you to easily identify critical temperature zones.
New Trend Graph Function – Automatically Create a Trend Graph without a PC
The “Trend Graph” function allows you to automatically create a temperature trend graph over time without connecting to a PC. This feature significantly reduces the time required for analysis. You can transfer the created trend graph to a PC and open it in Excel® for further evaluation. Both the “Online Model” and “Standard Model” support this feature. The “Line Profile” function also helps by creating a graph of temperature gradients, providing additional insights.
Real-Time Analysis by Connecting to a PC
When you connect the system to a PC via USB 2.0, it allows real-time analysis of thermal data at up to 7.5Hz. You can transfer thermal movie files (SVX) or still images with temperature data (JPEG) directly to the PC for in-depth analysis. For more advanced options, use the “InReC Analyzer NS9500 Professional” software for online analysis, available for the “Online Model”.
