The Asycut Drill Reamer uses a 3-margin asymmetrical geometry and, therefore, works effectively in magnesium, aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. At the same time, the asymmetrical design creates more space for chip evacuation and improves hole surface quality, while the third margin functions as a reaming edge. In addition, the tool incorporates an asymmetrical flute design and, as a result, provides a total of three margins for stable and accurate machining.
