Binzel Japan GRIP 150, 500 Welding Torch ABITIG ®

Manufacturer: BINZEL JAPAN Ltd
Model: GRIP 150, 500

The ABITIG® GRIP series features both air-cooled and water-cooled torches, offering lightweight comfort and excellent performance. The optimized cooling improves durability, allowing the use of thinner tungsten electrodes. With only three parts (back cap, electrode holder, gas diffuser, and nozzle), it simplifies use and reduces inventory costs. The unique design places the gas nozzle close to the torch body, minimizing heat generation, enhancing torch protection, and lowering operating costs. The handle is customizable with various switches and controls, offering flexibility and safety features to reduce high-frequency diffusion.

Features:

ABITIG ® GRIP All types feature an ergonomic handle “grip” for comfortable use and ease of holding
Modular switches and controls that can be tailored to your needs in an ergonomic way
Short ball joint for optimized range of motion and flexible handling (flexible from small to large movements)
Lightweight, flexible cable assembly and modular machine-side connections (compatible with third-party TIG equipment and power sources commonly used in TIG welding)
Reduced inventory costs by limiting consumables to three items
