Binzel Japan MIG, MAG Welding Torch ABIMIG ® WT

Manufacturer: BINZEL JAPAN Ltd
Model: MIG, MAG: WT

The ABIMIG ® WT welding torches feature a new cooling concept designed by ABICOR BINZEL that protects consumables from overheating and allows for higher powers than previous torches of the same size.
The integrated spatter protector in the gas nozzle not only increases heat resistance but also allows individual replacement of the required components. The nickel-plated torch neck and gas nozzle minimize spatter build-up. A wide range of rotatable and replaceable torch necks in different lengths and shapes allows welders to customize the ABIMIG® WT torch to their needs.

Features:

Long-life screw-in gas nozzle with integrated replaceable spatter protector
Single basic torch for 3 capacities (400 A, 500 A, 600 A) (reducing inventory and maintenance costs)
Quick-change, freely positionable torch neck (comfortable to use, reduced maintenance costs)
Torch neck available in various lengths and angles for optimal accessibility
Choose between extended and short triggers for optimal handling
Comfortable to use thanks to an ergonomic grip that has been tested in a variety of positions

The calculation of the duty cycle follows the VDE standard voltage/current index formula (U=14+0.05×I). Pulse welding decreases the duty cycle by 35%. To prevent cable assembly overheating, a recommended water circulation cooling capacity of approximately 800W should be used, allowing at least a 4-minute cooling cycle between welding operations (10-minute rating, 60% duty cycle).
