A lightweight air duster that protects workers with an air curtain

The Breath Clear Gun is the world’s first air duster that features a cone-shaped air curtain to protect the safety of workers.

A small amount of compressed air is used to spray powerful dust-removing air. The air curtain that is generated at the same time as the air blow effectively prevents cutting chips and swarf from bouncing back at the worker, improving work efficiency and product accuracy.

Main Features

• Cutting chips and swarf that bounce back from the jet of air can be deflected to the side by a powerful air curtain.
• It is small and lightweight, so it is easy to handle even for women, does not cause fatigue, and is easy to work on small areas.
• Since it is made of resin, it is unlikely to damage the object even if it comes into contact with it.

Function

1. Adjusting the angle of the air curtain

You can change the angle of the air curtain by “tightening” or “loosening” the nozzle tip (it is tightened in the standard position).

First, loosen the set screw and gradually turn the nozzle to find the angle you like. Once you have determined the angle, tighten the set screw again to secure it. The air curtain will be wide when it is fully tightened, and will become more acute when you gradually loosen it. (See the diagram below.)

② Air flow rate adjustment dial

By turning the dial, the air flow rate can be adjusted to 5 levels: 40 to 330 ℓ/min (at 0.5 MPa).

The appropriate airflow volume according to the usage environment and purpose makes work comfortable.

3. Long grip that fits comfortably in your hand and is easy to hold

The curve of the grip fits comfortably in the hand and is easy to hold.
It reduces the burden on the worker and increases work efficiency.
