Breath Company MT-200 Type and MT-H Type Mach Bless Tanker

Manufacturer: BLS co., ltd.
Model: MT-200 Type and MT-H Type

The unique mechanism’s powerful power ensures that no liquid is left behind!

  • The Muffler Tanker is a device that uses compressed air from a compressor as its power source to quickly draw liquid into the main tank and discharge (transport) liquid from the tank.
  • Thanks to its unique mechanism, suction and exhaust can be switched by simply operating a lever. Air-driven, so it is completely explosion-proof. It can be used with all liquids, including water, oil, sludge, weak acids, alkalis, and solvents.

Main Features

  • The suction and exhaust hoses and the Muffler Tanker body are separate. The main body has no rotating parts and liquid does not pass through it, making maintenance easy and trouble-free.
  • A vacuum pump with a unique mechanism that uses compressed air from a compressor. No pressure adjustment is required and the structure is completely explosion-proof.
  • You can switch between intake and exhaust simply by operating the lever.
  • When inhaling, it will automatically stop when it is full.
  • The structure does not generate oil mist.
  • It can also be used for liquids that contain cutting chips.

Applications

  • Inhalation and discharge of water, oil, cutting cleaning fluid, weak acid, alkali, liquid food, and chemicals (liquids)
  • Fluid exchange for various machines and tanks, sludge collection, etc.
  • Collection and exchange of various solvents such as paint thinner and trichlene
  • Collection and disposal of wastewater, waste liquid, sludge, etc.

(Note) Highly flammable liquids must be grounded.
