The Breath Rider is a powder/granular material conveying device that uses a small amount of compressed air as its power source to create a powerful suction and discharge flow.
The main body of the device has no rotating parts and is extremely simple in structure. It has a unique mechanism that allows vacuum suction without a negative pressure container, so continuous conveyance and serial extension are also possible.
From collecting and transporting machine cutting dust to transporting grains over long distances, this small body performs big functions.

Main Features

The secondary air amplifies 8 to 15 times compared to the supply air. The transported material doesn’t require storage in a negative pressure container, allowing continuous suction and discharge. It easily sucks and transports powder, granular material, or liquid mixtures. With no rotating parts and a simple structure, it avoids malfunctions. Since it operates without electricity, explosion-proofing for transport pipelines becomes easier. This compact transport device fits into tight spaces and adverse conditions without placement restrictions. Connecting it in series to the piping extends the conveying distance and increases suction power. It also works for air blow drying, air movement, and ventilation.
