Overview

Carbon dioxide gas vaporizers use an electric heater as a heat source to force vaporization of liquefied carbon dioxide gas via hot water to provide a stable supply.
In addition to the electric heater type, steam blowing type and hot water circulation type are also available.
The main applications include soft drink production, beer production, carbon dioxide welding, foundry production, chemical industry, cleaning, neutralization, etc.

Feature

1. An electronic temperature controller precisely maintains a stable and accurate temperature, specifically designed for vaporizers.
2. A low water level alarm device comes as standard equipment; it immediately sends an alarm and shuts off the heater circuit when the hot water level drops, effectively preventing the heater from burning out.
3. High-pressure parts include certified products, except for the CVR-25 model. The evaporation part, or snake pipe, holds certification from the Minister of Economy, Trade, and Industry or passes specified equipment inspection. Valves, strainers, and pressure regulators are also certified products, while other accessory piping can come with piping certification if specified at the time of order.
