A high-pressure nitrogen cylinder is used as the nitrogen gas source, which is connected to the inlet side of this device with a high-pressure flexible hose, and at the outlet side, depending on the work to be used, the test product is connected with a high-pressure flexible hose during airtightness testing. , When using the back shield, connect the required product with a rubber hose and use it.
●The high-pressure nitrogen gas supplied from the cylinder can be supplied to the pressure required for the airtight test pressure of the specification by operating the pressure adjustment handle to decompress and open the outlet valve while looking at the pressure gauge. .
The back shield gas is decompressed to the airtightness test pressure and supplied to the flow meter by reducing the pressure to 0.3 MPa with the built-in secondary pressure regulator.
