Coco KAZ-Mighty F/V Converter for Analysis

Manufacturer: Coco Research Co., Ltd
Model: KAZ-Mighty

Features

2-channel F/V converter for analysis with high-speed response, ultra-high precision, ripple-free low-speed performance, noise resistance, and advanced deviation tracking for accurate rotational and FFT analysis.

The 2-channel F/V converter for analysis delivers high-speed response and high precision, so it measures accurately from ultra-low speeds to high speeds while also tracking sudden changes and stops in real time. It ensures ripple-free operation even at ultra-low speeds, which improves stability and reliability in demanding applications.

Moreover, it supports reversible measurement and A/B phase input, so it handles bidirectional motion and precise signal tracking effectively. In addition, it provides a fast response of less than 6 μs from pulse input to analog output, while the single-pulse method ensures rapid detection and the averaging method stabilizes irregular movements. As a result, users can select an output update time from 20 μs to 500 ms depending on performance needs.

Furthermore, the 2-channel F/V converter for analysis supports multiple input types, including line driver, logic, zero-crossing (AC), and NPN open collector, so it works with various systems. Because it supports line driver signals, it resists noise effectively and operates reliably in industrial environments.

For advanced analysis, it offers ΔF deviation output and ΔF AUTO tracking, so it magnifies even small fluctuations and automatically sets the center value at steady speed. In addition, it increases sensitivity during FFT preprocessing, which enables accurate detection of even minor variations.

Finally, it allows users to save up to 8 measurement conditions, so it reduces setup time, and it includes CAN and RS-232C with an optional Ethernet interface for easy integration.
