DataLink Enet-HDLC/PLL Series Ethernet/HDLC protocol converter with PLL function

Manufacturer: DataLink
Model: Enet-HDLC/PLL

Features

  • Enet-HDLC-RoHS and Enet-HDLC/AC operate in Asynchronous Balanced Mode (ABM) and support the LAP-B procedure class.
  • The Enet-HDLC/PLL series is a higher-end version of the Enet-HDLC series.
  • It features a built-in PLL function, enabling connection to HDLC devices that do not output a transmission synchronization signal.
  • Synchronization is possible without a clock signal, using the PLL function.
  • Enet-FR and Enet-FX are communication devices that support HDLC free run and come with built-in UDP/IP protocols.
  • These devices can communicate with host computers via UDP/IP socket communication.
  • The Ethernet side supports UDP/IP and TELNET as standard.
  • TCP/IP connections can be opened or closed from either the Enet-HDLC side or the host side.
  • Communication settings and Ethernet-related addresses are configured interactively in program mode and stored in FLASH ROM.
  • Settings can be made by:
  • Connecting a cable to the HDLC port, which temporarily functions as RS232C or RS422 during setup.
  • Or by using TELNET login via Ethernet.
  • The Ethernet port supports 10Base-T / 100Base-TX (auto-switching).
  • The Enet-HDLC/AC can be DIN rail-mounted using the optional bracket (model: DRA-1).
  • The HDLC port is selectable:
    D-sub 25-pin female (RS232C)
    D-sub 15-pin female (RS422)
  • Please specify the type when ordering.
  • Connector shape summary:
    RS232C type: D-sub 25-pin female
    RS422 type: D-sub 15-pin female (for both Enet-HDLC-RoHS and Enet-HDLC/AC)
