Features

This seal consists of two main parts: an O-ring and a seal ring, which creates a simple structure and ensures easy handling. The O-ring acts as the packing element; its elasticity provides spring force, and its friction prevents rotation. We use special nitrile rubber with low permanent deformation as the standard material. In addition, we apply a shrink-fit structure to the seal ring and select corrosion-resistant stainless steel and hard metal alloy for durability. For special conditions, we offer a titanium/silicon carbide combination, and the seal operates under both positive and back pressure.

Seal liquids

• We use this seal to protect movable parts in (1) sewerage and food pumps and related equipment and (2) large vertical pumps. In addition, it seals vertical pump bearings and secures slurry liquid and single-shaft pumps, thereby ensuring reliable operation across various demanding applications.
