About the Series
- The photo shows a set that combines 1-10 and 2-4.
It can calibrate the instrumental error of micrometers, the feed error of spindle screws (example 1), and the parallelism and flatness of the spindle and anvil every 1/4 rotation (example 2). It has a handle with high thermal insulation effect, so it can prevent the influence of heat from the human body. It can be used for in-house calibration of micrometers and vernier calipers to obtain and maintain ISO9000 series certification .

Usage example

● Measurement of micrometer instrument error and spindle screw feed error
By measuring 2.50 / 5.00 / 10.00 / 15.00 / 20.00 / 25.00 mm and comparing it with the actual measurement data, the instrument error of the micrometer can be calibrated.
