Features

Lifting and Lowering

• Lifting and lowering by moving the operating handle, i.e. lifting is C with the change trigger in the “UP” position and lowering with the change trigger in the “DOWN” position.

Floating Operation

• It is possible to release the brake and to feed the load chain to the desired position by setting the change trigger to the position •NEUTRAL•, and when the lever hoist Is not loaded and pushing the pawl toward the direction shown in the figures.

Daily Inspection

1. For daily operations, be sure to carry out the following checks prior to operation.

Check the Following at least Prior to Operation YII-10 

1. Make sure not to contain visual deformations or missing parts.
2. Is the bottom hook not deformed?
3. Is the opening correct and is the hook not damaged?
4. The upper hook does not deform.?
5. Make sure by operating the change trigger and the pawl that they function properly.
6. Lubricate the load chain to extend its lifetime.
7. The chain has not damaged, deformed or worn out?
8. Has the chain stopper become deformed?
9. Make sure in the lifting operation that the pawl rattles.
