This cable reel is particularly suitable for long stroke lengths. Cable reel winds up and pulls out a cable using forward and backward rotations of its hydraulic motor. Compared with electric reels, its motor is compact and powerful. This product is resistant to the entry of dust or water and is suitable for large diameter cables (22 to 60 mm2) and long stroke winding. It is commonly utilized for tunnel excavators and concrete spraying carts. This type delivers higher performance for horizontal retrieve and is well suited for gantry cranes and carts with a long traveling distance. The drum, slip ring, and spring parts are separated to facilitate the maintenance and spring replacement.

Operating the hydraulic motor to forward and reverse make the cable wind and payout.
When manual operation, please take into consideration of bypass circuit for hydraulic circuit.
And brake type needs to release the brake to payout cable.

Cable reel without brake requires the cable fall-prevention construction
Motor brake applies external pilot systems. (Braking release pressure is over 1 MPa).
