-
Features
The handy held punch vibrator is a small, powerful concrete vibrator consisting of a vibrating unit connected directly to a motor. The powerful vibration of the vibrating body is transmitted to the vibration plate, so that the machine effectively defoams and surface-finishes slope faces where air bubbles are stubborn. The machine is particularly suited for pouring concrete into soil-retaining plates for secondary concrete products, shelf plates, U-shaped ditches, revetments, and the slope faces of civil engineering structures, and a wide range of other surfaces. Equipped with a robust double-insulated sealed motor made of die-cast aluminum, the handy held vibrator is lightweight and user-friendly.
Best suited for pouring concrete into thin products of narrow molds and into slope faces
This is for removing air bubbles from slope faces with stubborn air bubbles. Vibration from the punch plate gathers air bubbles and pulls them up together with the plate, thereby ensuring neat surface finishes.
Lightweight and very easy to operate
The handy punches weigh about 8kg and are lightweight and user-friendly on a standard basis. They vary greatly in length and diameter. Because of their offerings that can be used according to different work environments, they prove to be very easily operable.
The motor case is made of robust die-cast aluminum
The handy held vibrator series of motor cases are made of lightweight, strong die-cast aluminum. Robustly designed to meet the particular worksite operating conditions, these vibrators can be used with peace of mind.
The vibrating unit is easy to replace
If the vibrating body is worn, it is easy to replace. To replace it, you have only to detach the four bolts fastening the rubber damper of the vibrating body on the motor.
A double-insulated structure requiring no grounding
The handy held series of motor cases are safe, user-friendly motors with a robust die-cast aluminum body having a double-insulated structure requiring no grounding. The armature shaft is insulated from the winding core by using resin, and the motor case is insulated from the field core by using resin, thereby ensuring double insulation. That insulation is further reinforced by a resin cover on the inner lead wires.
Concrete adherents are easy to remove
On worksites with handy held vibrators, concrete mortar adherents close up much of the air suction and exhaust ports of the motor. Removal of hardened mortar is also hard to perform. The suction port cover and bearing case are therefore coated with fluororesin to enable the concrete to be easily cleaned, resulting in higher maintainability.
Excellent rubber characteristics
Handy hard shaft, handy punches, handy scrapers, handy wall concreting, and handy tamper series are equipped with rubber dampers having damping performance that meets the particular uses. This makes this series of vibrators easy on the worker’s hands and user-friendly.
A motor handle with a double-damped structure
E motors employed in the handy held vibrator series are each equipped with four small rubber dampers on the handheld handle and the motor frame. The result is that the handy baby flexible series are attenuated in vibration in the flexible hose, while the handy hard shaft, handy punch, handy scraper, handy wall-concreting, and handy tamper series are of a double-damped structure together with the rubber dampers on the motor and the vibrating unit mounts. These are therefore designed to be easy on the workers’ hands.
Control on motor exhaust sound
The handy held vibrator series of vibrators control motor noise, thereby being easy on the worksite environment. The exhaust sound from the cooling fin of the series of motors running fast is controlled as far as possible by specially shaping the cooling fin and exhaust port. (5 dB down from our earlier models)
The motor suction port equipped with a dustproof filter
On worksites with handy held vibrators in severe dusty operating environments, it is also much feared that some fine aggregate from the dry concrete mortar may go into the motor. The suction port of the motor is therefore equipped with a dual filter. The filter is employed to minimize the incidence of the motor from accidentally being locked in revolution due to the ingress of small pebbles or something similar.
A shutoff brush employed
The motor is equipped with a shutoff brush to protect against burns. The motor is prevented from burns by employing a structure that stops the motor by shutting down the power before the brush completely reaches its wear limit in order to prevent imperfect contact with the armature and scratches in the commutator due to brush wear.
