This product is used for the following applications:

• 01.Food plant: installation to hopper in flour production plant (because periodic cleaning is required)
• 02.Prevention of blockage in cellulose storage hopper (for periodic cleaning of hopper)

• Features

  Models EPV12A-F and EPV18-F are vibrators fixed with ferrule band that allows pneumatic piston vibrator series models EPV12A and EPV18 to be detached manually. This piston vibrator is convenient as equipment that prevents blockage and complies with the sanitary specification in food and chemical industries because it can be detached easily by hand during cleaning of container. This is a safe and easy-to-handle piston vibrator that can be easily detached for periodic cleaning to avoid contamination or for water washing of container.

  Easy attachment and detachment of vibrator

  Changing the fixation method for the piston vibrator from the conventional bolt type to the ferrule clamp type allows the body to be easily detached from the container, which enables the daily cleaning in a short period of time.

  

  High corrosion resistance and lightweight small size

  The product uses stainless steel SUS304 for the body mounting section and band, and corrosion-resistant part with aluminum body subjected to hard surface processing for cylinder. Thus, it consists of parts that are lightweight, easy to use, and long-lived.

  

  Oil-free product bringing a sense of safety in site

  Equipped with filter as standard and produces less oil mist in exhaust air, this product does not have an adverse effect on workplace and handling products. It can be used in a wide range from general industrial equipment field to food industry. (Note) A long period of use of complete dry air will cause a failure.

  

  Pneumatic type with low operating sound

  This product is designed environmentally friendly, such as low noise with operation sound of approximately 65dB and low air consumption of approximately 9 to 62L/min (ANR). This leads to cost reduction through energy saving and improvement of work environment through low noise.

  Safe explosion-proof specification

  Because compressor air is used as power source, the product has low ignition capability like electric type. Also, its enclosed structure prevents dust from entering into the cylinder part. It can be used in a place where there is a risk of dust explosion. *Use a normally closed three-way valve for control of activation and stop.

  

  Stepless adjustment of vibration power by changing air pressure

  Pneumatic piston vibrator can change the vibration frequency and vibratory force by changing the air pressure. The merit of variable vibration force is to be able to use the same model in a place where the condition of object to which vibrator is installed is different, just by changing the air pressure.

  High durability (wear resistance processing)

  Because the wear-resistant processing of EXEN’s unique special technique has been provided for the piston portion in the body, the product takes pride in industry-topping wear resistance.

  Usable in wet site

  This product supports simplified water washing by extending the exhaust filter section and installing the filter downward to meet the drip-proof specification.

  

  Applications for vibration conveyance and vibration filling machine

  Piston vibrator can be used as power source of vibrating feeder for vibration conveyance, filling and diffusion, and vibration table, by applying the vibration principle of piston movement.
