Features
Small pneumatic soft disk blaster blasts air in 360 degrees from the disk-shaped injection port in order to eliminate adhesion of blockage of powder. As compared with the conventional disk aeration type, this employs the method for blasting the air compressed in the tank, achieving the prevention of adhesion and blockage by the loosening effect at the time of blast and instantaneous jet force.
Installation work such as welding of injection nozzle is unnecessary
The procedure for installing the pneumatic soft disk blaster is to drill a hole with a diameter of 35mm on the wall surface of hopper or tank, insert the attached intake pipe, and then install the soft disk inside the tank. Unlike large-size blaster, the nozzle welding is unnecessary, which reduces the construction cost. When installing the soft disc from outside of tank, drill a hole with an external diameter of 90mm or more that is larger than that of soft disk, mount the soft disk to the pressing board in advance, and then fix the pressing board to the tank with bolts.
Stainless steel main parts including tank and nozzle
The main parts of pneumatic soft disk blaster are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel materials. Therefore, rust does not take place from inside of tank or nozzle, which allows the blaster to be used continuously in a clean status. It can be used without disfigurement even If installed outdoors.
Heat-resistant silicon disk
The pneumatic soft disk blaster employs the flexible disk made of silicone (soft disk) as the portion that contacts with the workpieces (contents). Silicone rubber is excellent in heat resistance, and is suitable for the small hopper that processes incineration ashes and others as a site of high temperature. (Maximum operating temperature is 150℃)

1.When the three-way valve is switched to the intake side, compressed air is supplied and the mushroom valve blocks the discharge port of nozzle to cause the compressed air to flow into the tank through a gap of the flange of mushroom valve.
2.When the three-way valve is switched to the exhaust side, the compressed air in the mushroom valve is exhausted to cause the mushroom valve to be sucked to the charging side which instantaneously blasts the compressed air in the tank through the discharge port of nozzle.
3.The compressed air blasted from the discharge port of nozzle blasts in all directions (360 degrees) while flowing into the inner surface of soft disk.Excellent performance of soft disk
The pneumatic soft disk separates from the wall surface for a moment when the compressed air in the tank is exhausted, and the compression air keeps being exhausted until the moment of closing, which will not cause a trouble owing to the back stream of powder. Because the operation is performed inside the hopper, the operating sound does reach outside, resulting in low noise. Moreover, soft disk is made of rubber, which does not damage the object for which the blaster is installed.
Control by air knocker control panel
Relay piping is supported and the operation panel lineup dedicated to relay knocker can be used. One control panel can operate multiple knockers, which save the facility cost.
